I was working at Smith's today when a Christmas song came on the radio. Normally I'd be annoyed because let's be honest, a long A day and seasonal music is blasting the entire time? Not my cup of tea. Today though, a song came on that made me smile. I remember I'd heard it before but I couldn't tell you now what it was. I can tell you though, it made me smile. It made me sit back and reflect. It made me grateful for the approaching season. Grateful for my Savior. Grateful for my life. Grateful for my Colby.
    Tears literally came to my eyes as I thought about Colby. Is it silly or kind of ridiculous that I'm still shocked at how much he loves me? Or at how much fun we have? Or that he brings out a deep uncontrollable loud laughter that I can't control? Absolutely. Every day I'm surprised.
  I hope the surprise never fades.
